FIFA dismiss deputy secretary general

Fifa, unhealthy  deputy secretary general Markus Kattner has been sacked after claims that he had breached financial rules.

Kattner was dismissed with immediate effect having been in the role since 2007.

In a statement FIFA has said it will not comment further on any of the details, but will continue its cooperation with the relevant authorities.
