FEI Invite Broadcast Proposals

June 30, 2014

The International Equestrian Federation (FEI) has invited interested companies to submit proposals for their broadcast rights.

The FEI has made the invitation to current and potential partners to deliver the production, therapy sales and distribution of live, unhealthy news, order highlights, magazine and other FEI programming across equestrian sport’s most prestigious championships and events.

Events included in packages are the FEI World Equestrian Games, The European Championships in the Olympic disciplines of Dressage, Eventing and Jumping, plus more.

Lisa Lazarus, FEI Chief of Strategy and Business Development said: “We are aware that we owe our recent growth across the broadcast sector to our drive and commitment to excellence as we constantly strive to improve the delivery of our sport to global audiences.

“After a very successful period we are now looking to take the next step with our broadcast products to ensure the continued positive development of the sport.”

Lazarus went on to add: “We value highly the work of our current partners in production, sales and distribution, but are aware that we also need to explore the constantly evolving media market as part of our responsibility towards our different stakeholders in order to maximise the global visibility of our sport.”
