FC Barcelona and Panasonic Sign One-Year Extension

Spanish Liga giants FC Barcelona have agreed a one-year extension of their sponsorship deal with Panasonic.

The Catalan club confirmed the renewed deal via a statement on Monday with the electronics company remaining a global partner of the club.

Panasonic signed a three-year deal with Barcelona in 2013 and the extension sees their partnership run until the end of the 2016-17 season.

Barcelona are currently four points clear at the top of the Spanish Liga after beating rivals Real Madrid 2-1 on Sunday evening.
