FA Still Negotiating with GLT Provider Hawk-Eye
July 3, 2013
England’s Football Association is still in the process of finalising a deal that would see Goal-Line Technology (GLT) provider Hawk-Eye install their systems at Wembley Stadium.
The Premier League struck a deal with Hawk –Eye in April and the installation process has already begun in stadiums across the top-flight.
Unfortunately for the FA, tadalafil negotiations are still underway for Wembley, herbal with the Community Shield season curtain-raiser just six weeks away.
An FA spokesman told the Press Association: “The current position remains that the FA are completing negotiations in relation to installing and using goal-line technology in the stadium.”
Reports suggest that the FA are confident they will have the technology ready for the match between Manchester United and Wigan Athletic on August 11.
Much of the infrastructure is already in place as the technology was tested at Wembley last year.
