Ex Nike UK Strategist Takes Up New Role At Limelight Sports

Former Head of Strategic Planning at Nike UK, buy order | Charlie Greenwood, has joined UK participation agency, Limelight Sports. Greenwood’s CV can boast an array of experience having worked for Reuters in London and the US, and was the founder and CEO of Equipio.com, the online social shopping network for sports equipment.

Greenwood’s official position will be the Director of Strategy and Innovation, reporting directly to Limelight Sports Group CEO, Craig Dews.

Speaking about his new role, Charlie Greenwood said: ‘I am absolutely thrilled to be joining such a vibrant and fast growing agency and one which is really beginning to make its mark on the sports marketing industry.’

‘The areas in which Limelight specialises are undoubtedly going to be very prominent as sponsorship and sports marketing continue to grow and play an ever increasing role in the marketing plans of major companies and brands.
