Eurosport Group Appoints New Asia-Pacific SVP

Eurosport Group has announced the appointment of Gursharan (Gushi) Sethi as Senior Vice President, click Affiliate Sales & Marketing, unhealthy Eurosport Asia-Pacific.
Ms. Sethi started in her new role 1 July, taking over from Arjan Hoekstra who moved to new the channel’s new partner, Discovery International.
Before becoming SVP, Ms. Sethi held the position of Director of Affiliate Sales & Business Development at Eurosport Asia-Pacific. She joined the organisation in 2006.
Ms. Sethi will report to Olivier Bramly, Senior Executive Vice President, Global Distribution for the Eurosport Group, and will be based in Eurosport’s Hong Kong regional office.
“Pay TV in Asia Pacific is really vibrant,” says Ms. Sethi. “The market is dynamic for all genres and across all channels. New pay TV channels continue to be launched and competition is high. This creates challenges, and I believe that where there is challenge there is opportunity.”
