Eleven Sports Gets Asian Games Digital Rights In Myanmar

Eleven Sports has partnered with sports service My Sports to obtain exclusive digital rights in Myanmar to the 2018 Asian Games taking place in Jakarta and Palembang (18th August – 2nd September).

As part of the partnership, My Sports will provide live coverage of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Myanmar National Football events, as well as other selected events and daily highlights via Facebook Live.

Danny Menken, Group Managing Director Eleven Sports, said: “By providing the 2018 Asian Games for free to fans across Myanmar through our Facebook page ensures we maintain our strategy of providing key local rights to fans across Myanmar.

“We will stream all the main 2018 Asian Games events live including the Myanmar National Football team, allowing the people of Myanmar to cheer on their nation in this multi-sport event.”

The 2018 Asian Games will see a total of 45 nations participating in 40 events, including the Myanmar national football team in two games this week, against DPR Korea  on August 15 and Saudi Arabia on August 17, plus a match versus Iran on August 20.
