Eintracht Frankfurt and Al Ain Announce Two-Year Partnership

Abu Dhabi football club Al Ain has agreed a two-year partnership with German Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt to share facilities and expertise.

The two clubs will combine to collaborate on areas such as training, bronchi youth development, hospital stadium operations and strategy.

The deal will see management and commercial staff from Frankfurt’s Commerzbank Arena stadium be deployed at Al Ain’s new Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium to share knowledge and experience.

The partnership came about thanks to Al Ain Investment Company staff completing a first stadium and event management training programme in Frankfurt, allowing both clubs to take steps to developing a mutually beneficial partnership.  

As part of the partnership the clubs will hold training camps at each other’s grounds and play in friendly matches against one another.

During their mid-season winter break, Eintracht will hold a winter training camp in the UAE and act as an ambassador for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as well as for the city, Al Ain and its new state-of-the-art facilities.

The Emirati club will support the German club as an advertising partner throughout their stay in the city.
