Edmonton Oilers to Play at Rogers Place in New Naming Rights Deal

National Hockey League (NHL) franchise the Edmonton Oilers will play their home games at Rogers Place from 2016 after a naming rights agreement was established with Rogers Communications and Rexall Sports Corporation.
Rogers and the Oilers had already signed a 13-year telecommunications sponsorship deal at the start of this season, doctor which included brand advertising an arena signage amongst other things.
Speaking of the latest development, recipe Daryl Katz, ed | Founder and Chairman of Rexall Sports Corporation said: “Earlier this year we were proud to announce a multi-year partnership with Rogers that was all about creating a superior fan experience utilizing Rogers products and services.
“Today’s announcement helps make the new arena a reality and underscores its potential to make downtown Edmonton a magnet for our community and for new investment by world-class companies like Rogers.”
