Dundee United Enter Long Term Agreement with Tickets.com

Dundee United have struck a long-term partnership agreement with Tickets.com, sale allowing the global ticketing and marketing firm to become the official ticketing provider of the Scottish Premiership club.

Tickets.com was selected during a ‘stringent’ tender process and the company has now introduced ProVenueMax – a platform for supporting all ticketing requirements.

The system is also being used to process retail sales, generic with the intention of supporting additional commercial activities including hospitality sales in the near future.

Giles Bayliss, price business development manager for Tickets.com said: “The advanced levels of functionality and flexibility provided through ProVenueMax™ means users are in complete control of their ticketing operation and by working with Spence and his team, we were very confident that this would be the right solution for the club.”

The deal with the Terrors marks the third Scottish club to partner with Tickets.com, with the club following in the footsteps of rivals Dundee FC and Aberdeen.

Dundee United club secretary Spence Anderson said: “Our decision to chooseTickets.com was based on a number of factors; their response to the requirements of our tender and performance throughout the process was excellent, proposing a very good value ticketing solution that ticked all the boxes.
