Dubai Duty Free to Sponsor 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship

Dubai Duty Free has agreed to sponsor the 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship in Dubai this August.

This will be the first time that the UAE, sale | and the Middle East region, buy has hosted a FIBA World Championship, and the event has received strong support from the local business community. 

Dubai Duty Free has signed up as Event Sponsor of the 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship and will be a strong promotional partner for the event. Dubai Duty Free has also signed up to be the team sponsor of the UAE National Team. 

Ismail Al Gargawi, President of the UAE Basketball Association said: “The UAE Basketball Association is proud to have the support of Dubai Duty Free for this historical basketball event, and their support will help us organize an event that will be a truly special experience for players and fans alike.”

Sixteen of the world’s top basketball nations will come to Dubai with their premier talents to compete in the Championship, which will be played from 8-16 August 2014.
