Director, Security Operations & Systems – Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club

Location: Atlanta, ed UK

Overview:

• – Direct supervision of the security systems and security operations departments, generic including fiscal management
• – Serve as primary liaison with law enforcement
• – Develop and implement strategic security planning
• – Keep all of our guests, ed team members and partners safe, while providing the highest level of service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• – 20+ years in Law Enforcement, with at least 10+ years of demonstrated progression in command positions, or; 20+ years security management experience in large public assembly venue (sports arena, stadium, convention center), with at least 10+ years of demonstrated progression in command positions
• – Extensive experience successfully working with Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement as a core element of the job
• – Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing elevated security, crises management and resiliency plans
• – Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly, using good judgement, to dynamic security situations for which there are not developed plans
• – Fluency with and experience in implementing security technology systems
• – Possesses a service orientation
