In order to lead our Marketing Services Department we, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), are seeking an entrepreneurial and flexible


Your Duties
  • Commercialize the association rights (e.g. marketing partners, licensing and brand)
  • Establish, develop and ensure quality of commercial partnerships and rights delivery
  • Define new strategies and visions and support Sales in important negotiations (i.e. sponsoring rights)
  • Coordinate with all other divisions LOC’s and third parties regarding commercial matters
  • Actively develop the association’s additional events and new commercial opportunities and deliver commercially oriented services
  • Growth or optimize profits from commercialization of the association’s marketing rights as well as from partners, joint venture activities, licensing and brand
  • Manage approximately 40 – 50 employees (4 – 6 direct reports) and foster inter- divisional relations
  • Adhere to cost budget
Our Requirements
  • University degree or similar higher education
  • 5 – 10 years executive line management experience in international sports marketing or marketing industry
  • Perfect knowledge in English and extended skills in at least a second language (French, Spanish or German)
  • • Proven negotiation/sales track record and knowledge of legal aspects of rights commercialization and Management/Leadership skills in international environment
  • Broad, international network with key persons in the sports marketing or marketing industry
  • A person of vision and integrity who sets high quality standards
