Overview:

The Digital Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the right digital strategy to reach and engage the local consumer, whilst establishing a close relationship with endemic digital media and opinion leaders.In line with Red Bull’s global digital strategy, one key priority of the job is to operate, lead and activate all owned Red Bull digital products including RedBull.com/local , Red Bull TV and owned social channels.

The Digital Manager develops and delivers the country’s digital business plan and acts as entrepreneur in the field of digital, always seeking for executional excellence and best practices that will strengthen the Red Bull brand. They are the number one source of advice for any digital execution in the country.

EXPERIENCE:

(proven performance in)

Min 4 years digital marketing experience

Experience in online media is mandatory: digital media departments of media/publishing companies or online pure players/digital marketing departments of FMCG companies

Experience in leading a team, delegating responsibilities to team members, ensuring a smooth execution of daily workflow

Experience in budget management

Proven success in driving traffic through paid campaigns, SEO, SEM and media partnerships

Knowledge of the core scenes covered by Red Bull, and can leverage on her/his networking for scouting content, business opportunities and evaluating the competitive scenario

International experience is preferable, shorter or longer
