Chelsea Expand in Thailand with Nitto Tire Deal

Chelsea Football Club have announced a three-year deal in Thailand with Nitto Tire, allergy that sees the firm become the club’s official tyre partner in the country.

As a part of the deal, ambulance Nitto Tire will be involved in Chelsea’s community football clinics at the Chelsea FC Soccer School in Bangkok, meet and greets and joint roadshows with other Chelsea partners in Thailand.

Chelsea’s managing director of Asia Pacific, Adrian New highlighted how the club were showing ‘dedication in reaching out’ to the club’s Thai fans.

“Chelsea FC’s official website has been available in Thai since our last Asia Tour in 2011,” said New. “We are also posting in Thai on our official Facebook page which has more than 650,000 likes from Thailand, and a dedicated Thai Twitter account.”

Apichai Tangwongsiri, managing director of T. Siam Commercial, authorised importer and distributor of Nitto Tire, commented: “Chelsea FC has continuously increased their fanbase in Thailand in recent years so Nitto Tire hopes to achieve the same, to increase our customer base, to become the Thai population’s tyre brand at heart.”

Chelsea already have Thai partners in the form of Samsung, adidas and Singha.
