Flyers Name Camillo As President Of Business Operations

Comcast Spectacor, owner of a portfolio of professional sports teams and live entertainment assets, has appointed Valerie Camillo President of Business Operations for the Philadelphia Flyers and its arena, the Wells Fargo Center.
Camillo will oversee all key business functions at the National Hockey League (NHL) franchise and its stadium, including sales, marketing, analytics and technology.
Commenting on her appointment, Camillo said: “I’m looking very forward to joining the team at Comcast Spectacor and working to maximize all the potential and opportunities ahead of us.
“The Flyers and Wells Fargo Center are landmark entities entering promising chapters in their respective histories, and I am thrilled to play a key role as these businesses advance.”
Camillo was previously Senior Vice President of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer at Major League Baseball (MLB) team, Washington Nationals.
