Buffalo Bills Partner with Republic Services to Tackle Stadium Waste

The Buffalo Bills announced their partnership with Republic Service to be the official waste services provider of the NFL team.

As part of the agreement, medicine on game days the Buffalo Bills and Republic Services will partner up to form the Blue Team, distributing recycling and garbage bags to tailgaters in order to help keep the stadium clean. The Blue Team is just one step towards the end-goal of making Ralph Wilson Stadium a zero waste facility.

“Having a partner that shares our goal of making Ralph Wilson Stadium a cleaner, more eco-friendly place has always been important to us,” said Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Buffalo Bills, Bruce Popko. “We’re thrilled to have Republic Services partner with us on a program that will make the tailgating experience more enjoyable for fans.”
