Brighton in England has again been chosen to host the European Beach Tennis Championships for the second year running on 8-10 August 2014.

The LTA will be working with Beach Tennis UK to run the seventh edition of the European Beach Tennis Championships. In 2013, pills  Italian teams took a clean sweep of European Beach Tennis Championships titles, winning all three gold medals for a sixth consecutive year.

Over 120 players representing 20 European nations were in action at the three-day event, held at Brighton’s Yellowave Beachsports centre.

LTA Competition Manager George Donnelly said: “We are delighted to be holding the event for a second year and look forward to welcoming the world’s best players and showcasing beach tennis to the people of Brighton once more”.
