Borussia Dortmund Extend Ties with Brinkhoff’s Brewery

Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund have extended their historic ties with Brinkhoff’s brewery by singing a five-year extension to their partnership deal.

Brinkhoff is Dortmund’s champion partner but the deal was due to expire in 2015.

Now the deal will run until June 30, doctor 2020.

The Champions League finalists were named after the city’s Borussia brewery back in 1909 and Brinkhoff’s No. 1 is brewed on the site where the Borussia brewery once stood.

The agreement means Brinkhoff’s will continue as one of 11 champion partners, one tier below Dortmund’s main partners, Evonik, Signal Iduna and Puma.
