BluCore Shooting Centre to Sponsor UFC Middleweight Fighter Chris Camozzi
October 21, 2011
BluCore Shooting Centre LLC announced that it has agreed to sponsor UFC Middleweight fighter Chris Camozzi. The sponsorship will blend Social Media Marketing, capsule Internet Marketing, and logo placement on Chris Camozzi’s fight gear when he competes.
BluCore Shooting Center in Lakewood, CO was established by ex-Navy Seals, NAVY EoD, and Special-Ops members who wanted to transition the skills they learned as Operators to help teach the average civilian how to protect themselves. BluCore offers extensive training that goes beyond the typical CCW class offered by its competitors. BluCore offers firearms training, tactical training, a wide selection of firearms, CCW classes and even a range with experts on hand to help inexperienced shooters hone their skills.
Camozzi said: “I am honored to be a part of BluCore’s Team. The Team at BluCore is more than just a sponsor on my gear but we are working at ways to incorporate MMA into their training of civilians and much more.”
Mixed Martial Arts is one of the biggest sports in the 18-35 year old demographic. The sport has continued to grow with mainstream exposure and achieving numerous milestones within the last 10 years. The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has broken numerous viewing and attendance records in recent years both for the sport but also in locations and venues as well. The BluCore logos should be visible on Chris when he steps into the UFC Octagon on October 27th on the undercard of UFC 137.
Eric Frohardt Co-Owner and Director of Marketing of BluCore said, “Mixed Martial Arts embodies everything that we know as former Spec-Ops members. We know that hard work and skill can be combined with very positive results if you are disciplined enough to focus on your goal. Chris is a great example of the can-do spirit found within the sport and we are honored to be sponsoring and working with him.”
