Betfred Sign Title Sponsorship Deal for Two Boxing Events

UK bookmaker Betfred will become the title sponsor of two boxing events after agreeing a deal with promoter Frank Warren Promotions and 24-hour boxing television channel BoxNation.

On July 20 Betfred will title sponsor the Behind Enemy Lines card at Wembley Arena which has a headline fight between Dereck Chisora and Malik Scott.

Betfred will then title sponsor World Championship boxing on August 17 at the Cardiff Motorpoint Arena, with a headline fight between Nathan Cleverley and Sergey Kovalev.

Fred Done, co-founder of Betfred, said: “Both the Wembley and Cardiff events will show British boxing at its best. Chisora is a controversial character and will always make for an exciting fight and Cleverly is on the top of his game, so I’m looking forward to what I’m sure will be an action packed night of top British boxing.
