BBL Appoint 5or6 as Official Design Agency

The British Basketball League (BBL) has appointed 5or6 Design and Marketing Consultancy as the Official Design Agency of the League.

The deal starts at the beginning of the new season and 5or6 will take control of the majority of design and branding around all BBL Finals events.

Commenting on the deal the BBL’s Commercial Director David Leyden Dunbar said: “It’s crucial as the League continues to move forward that we have the support of an energetic and innovative design agency who can help us develop our brand identity and most importantly ensure that this runs through everything that we produce from match programmes to event posters.”

Dr Peter Simmons, Managing Director of 5 or 6 added: “Basketball is a great team sport that has a very bright future in this country and we are delighted to be working with the BBL on their branding and design work.”

5or6 work predominantly in the sports industry and have recently completed re-branding work with BBL team the Leicester Riders.
