Baku 2015 Clinches Broadcast Deal With New Zealand’s Sky TV

The people of New Zealand will be able to watch the inaugural European Games in Baku this month thanks to a deal with national broadcaster Sky TV.

It’s the latest in a long line of non-European TV deals that the organisers have been able to confirm, sale cheap with the opening ceremony of the Games not far away on June 12.

Simon Clegg, Baku 2015 chief operating officer, said: “This latest agreement with SKY TV confirms the broad appeal which the European Games hold for sport fans everywhere.”
