Superbowl 2014 Get Unprecedented 22 Sponsors and Unveil Logo

2014 Superbowl host committee CEO Alfred Kelly is elated after the committee’s logo and advertising campaign were officially unveiled, ambulance as well as 22 corporate partners that have all pledged in excess of $1 million and will serve as vice chairs.

“I think the major story of today, viagra 60mg for us, is the naming of co-sponsors,” Kelly said. “No other Super Bowl has had anywhere close to this many sponsors. And we’re 28 months away from the game.”

Kelly said the host committee is hoping for a date after October’s NFL owners meeting. That will help in the logistical planning of the event. The committee is projecting $550 million of economic benefit to the region.

The game will likely be played in winter conditions – whether that’s snow or simply cold weather. The committee is not shying away from the cold reality, even promoting the idea that the first Super Bowl played in the Northeast could include weather associated with the region.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said the game would ideally include a “little” snowfall. The logo unveiled today even included a snowflake.

“We are going to be completely up front from day one about the weather,” Kelly said. “It’s going to be February in New Jersey when that game is played. It’s likely to be cold. It’s likely to have snow or remnants of snow or threats of snow and we thought it would be both fun and direct to put the snowflake right into our major symbol.”

Also significant in the logo is the George Washington Bridge, which Kelly pointed out was a way of emphasizing that the event is a joint partnership between New Jersey and New York. Kelly wants the Super Bowl to be viewed as a regional event, with northern New Jersey just as prevalent as the five New York boroughs. Kelly met with a chamber in New Jersey today to ensure New Jersey receives a “fair share” of visitors and economic benefit.

“The reality is that the game is in New Jersey, the headquarters of the host committee are in New Jersey, teams and their traveling entourages will stay in New Jersey, teams will train in New Jersey,” Kelly said. “As a host committee, we’re very committed to this being a truly regional event.”

The endless amount of sponsors include: Bank of America, Goldman, Sachs & Co, JPMorgan Chase & Co, S.A.C.
