ZOCA to Supply USA Paralympic Cycling

The USA Paralympic Cycling National team have announced custom cycling clothing brand ZOCA has been named an official supplier of the organisation.

“Being an American made brand, we are honored to have the opportunity to outfit a great American team that will compete on an international level,” said ZOCA’s sales and marketing manager, Samantha Edwardes.

Team USA finished first in medal count at the 2013 UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships.

The team’s custom kits will be revealed next month at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif., and they will be worn for competition for the first time at the 2014 Para-cycling Track World Championships in Aguascalientes, Mexico, April 10-13.

Green Flag Inks Two-Year Deal as Premiership Rugby Sponsor

Premiership Rugby has announced today that Green Flag will become one of its official sponsors for the next two seasons.

As part of the sponsorship deal, Green Flag will engage rugby fans through free motor ‘health-checks’ in club car parks, to help fans reduce the risk of breaking down. Free travel advice will also be offered in the form of real-time alerts, providing away fans with live travel updates to help them get to the game on time.

There will also be exclusive ticket competitions and giveaways held in association with local media partners, as well planned activity and useful information made accessible via online platforms.

Japanese equipment supplier Yonex has today been unveiled as the Official Provider of Badminton Equipment and Services for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. 

The sponsorship will see Yonex provide 15 certified international standard badminton courts, cialis  tournament shuttles, herbal nets, posts and a players’ stringing service as well as having branding rights for court mats and net posts. 

The Badminton Competition will take place at the Emirates Arena and will be played across all 11 days of sport competition at Glasgow 2014 (24 July – 3 Aug).

BT Extends Title Sponsorship Rights of Great CityGames Manchester

British telecommunications company BT has announced today that it will continue its title sponsorship of the BT Great CityGames Manchester. 

The event, now in its sixth year, will be held on Saturday 17 May 2014. 

British London 2012 Olympic long-jump champion Greg Rutherford – and American Richard Browne, London 2012 Paralympic Silver medallist in the Men’s 100m – have today confirmed their attendance at the BT Great CityGames Manchester, with other athletes to be announced in the coming weeks. 

A crowd of 20,000 people is expected to gather on Deansgate in Manchester to see some of the world’s greatest athletes compete on a purpose-built, IAAF-certified track. In addition, field events will take place on Albert Square in front of Manchester Town Hall. The unique format allows spectators to experience all the action for free.

Cirrus Aircraft announced it has become a Team Supporter of the Red Bull Air Race World Championship for the 2014 season.
