Asiana Airlines Signs 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade Partnership

Asiana Airlines has become an official sponsor of the 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade, health it has been revealed.

Asian Airlines will become a global premium partner and will provide airline-related services for the participating athletes, shop such as airline tickets and baggage service.

In addition, Asiana Airlines will promote and contribute to the participation atmosphere of the Universiade in the aircraft that travel over 100 routes around the world. 

Chairman Yoon Jang-hyun stated: “I am very pleased and delighted that the global airline company, Asian Airlines is sponsoring the Gwangju Universiade.” He also added, “I hope the Gwangju Universiade, a global sports festival for the youth, will become an opportunity for the Asiana Airlines to advance even further.”

Kim Soo-cheon, president of Asiana Airlines, commented, “As an official sponsor of the Gwangju Universiade, we will put forth our best effort to support the successful preparations and hosting of the Games.”

As a Global Premium Partner, Asiana Airlines is given the rights to use the title as the official sponsor of the Gwangju Universiade, as well as use the official Gwangju Universiade logo, advertise on the players’ uniforms, advertise on A-boards in competition venues and more, while Asiana Airlines will utilize the 2015 Gwangju Universiade in national and international marketing. 

The 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade will take place from July 3rd to 14th, 2015.

Thomas International Sport Agrees Kent Cricket Partnership

Thomas International Sport, the newest venture from Thomas International, has agreed a partnership with Kent County Cricket Club.

Thomas International Sport have been working with Kent Cricket High Performance Director, Simon Willis, for a number of months, using their behaviour assessments to enhance the work Willis does in preparing both the current and future potential County Players.

U.S. Cellular Extends Deal as Iowa Speedway Title Sponsor

U.S. Cellular will continue its partnership with Iowa Speedway by serving as title sponsor of the U.S. Cellular 250 for a sixth consecutive year.

Along with this deal the company will also remain a partner of RAB Racing with Brack Maggard as the primary sponsor of the No. 29 Toyota Camry driven by veteran Kenny Wallace.

“U.S. Cellular is excited about our sponsorship of this NASCAR Nationwide Series race and to have Kenny Wallace back behind the wheel of his Toyota Camry,” said Erryn Andersen, director of sales for U.S. Cellular in Iowa and Nebraska. “We have enjoyed being partners with Iowa Speedway since the track opened in 2006, and we look forward to another enthusiastic crowd and great display of racing for the U.S. Cellular 250.”

Wallace, who made his 900th career NASCAR start last September, finished 13th and 22nd during two Iowa Speedway appearances in 2013. The 50-year-old driver from Concord, North Carolina, has 543 career Nationwide Series starts.

Comcast Leverages Xfinity Brand in Atlanta Falcons Deal

National Football League (NFL) team Atlanta Falcons have renewed their partnership with Comcast and the Xfinity brand for the next two seasons. 

Xfinity now holds the naming rights for Falcons Training Camp, brand viagra online which will be referred to as the Xfinity Atlanta Falcons Training Camp. In addition to their standing as title sponsor of Falcons training camp, Comcast will continue to have a strong presence during the 2014 season at the Georgia Dome, the Falcons said in a press release.

Benefits of the partnership include specialized branding, leveraging of team marks, and enhanced experiences for Falcons fans through customized promotions and interactions on game-day, the Falcons said.

Combat Named Official Bat Supplier of 2014 U-15 Baseball World Cup

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC), the governing body of baseball and softball, has signed a new partnership with Combat who will become an Official Bat Supplier of the 2014 U-15 Baseball World Cup. 

The most elite selection of 15-year-old baseball players in the world will be representing their countries in the II U-15 Baseball World Cup — the highest level of competition in baseball for this age group — from Thursday, 31 July to 10 August across Sinaloa, Mexico. 

As part of the agreement, Combat will supply its high-quality, high-performance bats to the National Teams for use in the eighty-three games of the world championship showpiece, and the Combat brand will have a presence around the competition venues in Culiacan, Los Mochis and Mazatlán.

DHL Becomes Official Partner of Chinese Super League

The Chinese Football Association Super League (CSL) has announced logistics provider DHL will become an official partner of the league.

The world’s leading express and logistics company and the nation’s premiere football association agreed on a major sponsorship package which will run from 2014 through 2017. The sponsorship underscores DHL’s long-term commitment to the China market, its support for the development of Chinese football, and its recognition of CSL as the top level of Chinese association football.

EBC Group Becomes Worcestershire Cricket’s New Shirt Sponsor

EBC Group has expanded its partnership with Worcestershire County Cricket Club to become their new shirt sponsors in a two year agreement.

The Halesowen based office technology provider is WCCC’s Official Telephony Partner having supplied the new internet based telephony system following the opening of the Club’s new offices in “The View” in September.

Dynamo Moscow Inks Kit Deal with Nike

Russian Premier League club Dynamo Moscow has signed a kit partnership with U.S. sportswear giants Nike.

The new kit was unveiled on a city playground in the eastern Moscow neighborhood of Lev Yashin, ampoule legendary Dynamo Moscow player and one of the greatest Russian footballers of all time.

“As the club’s manager and a former Dynamo player, I feel deeply touched with today’s event. I am inspired to start the new season by unveiling our new kit in a place that is so deeply connected with our club’s heritage,” said Alexey Smertin, FC “Dynamo Moscow” deputy executive director. “I am hopeful that new kit will become a symbol of true sportsmanship and the club’s pride.”

Hyundai Named Official Automobile Partner of Texas Rangers

Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise Texas Rangers have announced that the club has entered into a five-year sponsorship with Hyundai extending through the 2018 season.

Hyundai is now an official automotive partner of the Rangers. The partnership includes a complete rebranding of the former Batter’s Eye Club, the indoor seating area located in centerfield that provides a spectacular view of the playing field. The new Hyundai Club includes Hyundai signage on the metal railings, Hyundai-branded HDTV’s and stairs that bear the Hyundai logo leading up to the Club.

In addition, the roof will also feature a back-lit Hyundai logo, which will illuminate each time the Rangers produce a hit and will be in operation for the first time on August 11.

Jacksonville Jaguars Announce Smart Pharmacy Sponsorship

The Jacksonville Jaguars have announced a new corporate partnership with Smart Pharmacy.

The Jacksonville-based company will be the Official Pharmacy of the NFL team while also being a sponsor of EverBank Field’s new North End Zone water features, the Smart Pharmacy Spas, for the next three seasons.
