Drummond Golf Expands Golf Australia Partnership

Drummond Golf has expanded its partnership with Golf Australia to major partner level.

The national retailer is looking to play a key role in driving increased participation in the sport through its new position as presenting sponsor of the national Playgolf WEEK program from 17-23 November.

Nearly 300 clubs across the country have registered to host a range of activities including a special Come and Try Day on Sunday 23 November.

Drummond Golf will continue as a key sponsor of the ISPS HANDA Women’s Australian Open as part of its wider relationship with Golf Australia.

The new agreement sees Drummond Golf join the recently announced Accor Hotels Australia together with Audi, sale HOST Plus and Coca-Cola Amatil as Golf Australia’s major partners.

Golf Australia CEO Stephen Pitt commented on the deal: “Golf Australia has always enjoyed a positive relationship with Drummond Golf and we’re very pleased that we’ve been able to expand the work we do together to other activities throughout the year through this major partnership, erectile ” Pitt said.

Brisbane Roar Name Umbro as Kit Supplier

Hyundai A-League team Brisbane Roar FC has signed a kit partnership with Umbro who will be the club’s apparel partner for the next seasons.

In addition to providing playing and training kit for Brisbane Roar’s Hyundai A-League, stomach Westfield W-League and Foxtel National Youth League teams, allergy the Umbro partnership will leverage the retail strength of Rebel and Amart Sports to manage the club’s game day merchandise and provide an expanded online experience.

Initial exclusivity was a priority for Brisbane Roar, meaning the three-time Hyundai A-League Champions will be the only club in the competition wearing the double diamonds in the 2014/15 season.

FedEx Become Official Supplier to 2014 Ryder Cup

Global express transportation company FedEx has signed on as Official Supplier to The 2014 Ryder Cup.

FedEx is a long standing sponsor of the FedExCup and the FedEx St. Jude Classic on the USA PGA Tour. However, this is the first time the company has supported The Ryder Cup.

FedEx will play a key role in the distribution of ticketing and hospitality inventory to all accredited guests and ticketholders for the event at Gleneagles in Scotland from September 23-28, helping to ensure a world-class customer experience.

In addition to shipping equipment to and from The Ryder Cup venue, FedEx will also deliver an on-site shipping service in The Ryder Cup Tented Village, allowing spectators to forward their purchases from the event around the world.

Andretti Autosport Renews DHL Partnership

Andretti Autosport has retained its partnership with logistics company DHL. 

The two parties publicly signed a partnership extension, capsule which will see the global market leader in the logistics industry remain the primary sponsor on the No. 28 Andretti Autosport Indy car as part of a multi-year agreement.

“The speed, and reliability and dedication exemplified by Andretti Autosport, pills | Ryan Hunter-Reay and the DHL IndyCar team is truly an ideal fit for DHL and we are extremely pleased to continue our successful partnership,” said Christine Nashick, Chief Customer Officer for DHL Express. “Since we teamed together in 2011, we’ve been able to successfully connect our global brand with the public and promote DHL as the International Specialists. We look forward to more spectacular years of racing with Andretti Autosport and Ryan.”

Elements of sponsorship continue in 2015 with DHL image and advertising rights as well as VIP hospitality platforms for DHL customers at races in major U.S. and international markets.

In addition to this sponsorship extension, the Indianapolis-based four-time IndyCar Champions confirmed that 2014 Indianapolis 500 winner Ryan Hunter-Reay will return to the team in 2015 and beyond to pilot the DHL- sponsored machine.

Hunter-Reay, 33, currently sits third in the Verizon IndyCar Series championship points standings, only 63 points behind the championship leader. With 166 Indy car starts, Hunter-Reay holds 14 race wins, 81 top-10 finishes and captured the 2012 IndyCar Series Championship title in a thrilling season finale showdown.

Team Penske Extends Alliance Truck Parts Partnership

NASCAR outfit Team Penske has renewed ts partnership with Alliance Truck Parts (ATP), remedy building on the relationship between the two transportation-based organizations that began in 2010.

Under the new multi-year agreement, Alliance Truck Parts will continue to be a primary sponsor of the No. 2 Team Penske Ford Fusion driven by 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) champion Brad Keselowski. The 2015 season will mark the second consecutive year that ATP, an industry-leading provider of heavy duty truck parts for the commercial transportation industry, will be featured in the Sprint Cup Series.

Enhancing its allegiance with Team Penske, Alliance Truck Parts will proudly race with its distinctive bright yellow colors adorning the No. 2 Ford driven by Keselowski during eight races as the primary sponsor throughout the agreement and as an associate sponsor for the balance of the NSCS schedule.

Toyota Becomes Surfing Australia’s Official Vehicle Supplier

Surfing Australia has signed Toyota as its official vehicle supplier in a three-year partnership as a major corporate supporter.

Toyota becomes a major support sponsor of key Surfing Australia programs including the Original Source Australian Boardriders Battle, buy buy the Australian Surf Festival, pills order the Australian Surfing Awards, the Australian SUP Titles and the Hurley Surfing Australia High Performance Centre (HPC).

University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Partners with FSG Bank

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga have signed a partnership with FSG Bank for the 2014-15 athletics season.

FSG Bank will roll out as a primary component of its brand-new athletics corporate partnership, denture naming FSG the “Official Bank of UTC Athletics”. Edinburgh Rugby Sign Venatour as Official Travel Partner

Edinburgh Rugby have announced the appointment of sports tour specialists, Venatour Ltd, as the club’s official travel partner.

The sporting experience company will now oversee all of the team’s travel requirements, including flights and hotel accommodation, and create selected travel deals for Edinburgh Rugby fans for games on the road in the Guinness PRO12 and European Rugby Challenge Cup.

Melbourne Victory Extends Jetts Fitness Sponsorship Deal

Reigning Westfield W-League champions Melbourne Victory will continue to have Jetts Fitness as a corporate partner after the brand renewed their partnership with Football Federation Victoria (FFV).

The renewal sees Jetts Fitness retain its position as Victory’s front-of-shirt sponsor, apoplectic while also providing a significant financial investment in the squad and personal support to the players and coaching staff by providing them with free 12-month memberships.

“The decision to renew ties with FFV and the Melbourne Victory W-League squad was a no brainer,” Jetts Fitness Victorian state director Tim O’Shea said.

“Jetts Fitness was delighted to be a major partner during the squad’s incredible success last season, and we’re excited by the direction of the team and FFV and the rapid growth of women’s football in Australia.
