Ascot Racecourse Appoints Two Circles to Push Customer Experience & Growth

Ascot Racecoure has appointed data driven sports agency Two Circles, generic to implement to major projects that will increase attendances and innovate customer experience.
The first project will develop a data-led marketing operation whilst the second will introduce new business systems designed to streamline the sales and marketing operations/
Juliet Slot, Commercial Director at Ascot Racecourse said: “Over a long period of time we have accumulated an enormous amount of information from different sources and we need to be using it much more effectively and efficiently to better engage with our audience which will help us increase our attendances.
“Two Circles has a proven track record for helping rights holders to do this and I am confident that this appointment will enable us to provide a better and more efficient sales process as well as improving the race going experience for our customers.”
