Anaheim Ducks Inks New Fox Sports Deal

National Hockely League team Anaheim Ducks have signed a long-term contract extension with FOX Sports Prime Ticket.

Prime Ticket has carried Ducks telecasts since the club’s inaugural season in 1993-94 and will remain the broadcast home of the Ducks.

“This is a great day for the Ducks organization and our fans, stomach ” said Ducks Chief Executive Officer Michael Schulman. “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Prime Ticket and bring Ducks hockey into Southern California homes for the foreseeable future.”

All 82 regular season games will be televised locally this year for the fourth consecutive season. A club-record 75 games will be carried live on Fox networks, doctor including 71 on Prime Ticket/Fox Sports West & four on KCOP-13.

Ducks games on Prime Ticket have been carried live in high definition since the 2009-10 season and have since been supported by additional Ducks programming such as Ducks Live pre- and postgame shows, season preview specials and 30-minute feature program Ducks Weekly.
