Al Ahli Bank to Sponsor Local Friendly

Kuwaiti bank Al Ahli will sponsor Wednesday’s football match between Kuwait’s Al Arabi and Egypt’s Al Ahli.

The friendly match is scheduled to be played at the Sabah Al-Salim Stadium in Kuwait city and has been arranged as the Kuwaiti league takes a break for the Gulf Cup of Nations.

Al Ahli Bank is currently the main sponsor of Al Arabi.

“ABK was encouraged to sponsor this big sports event, owing to the history of both clubs in achieving championships, as well as the huge fan base enjoyed by both teams,” said Ali Al Sammak, the bank’s general manager of service quality.
