AJ Bell Sponsor Salford Red Devils

Following their naming rights deal with Sale Sharks for the Salford City Stadium, AJ Bell have announced they will sponsor neighbours Salford Red Devils who share the AJ Bell Stadium in Salford. 

The new deal is for the 2014 Super League season.

Billy Mackay, Marketing Director at AJ Bell, commented: “With Sale Sharks and the Salford Red Devils both playing at the highest level in their respective codes, North West rugby is in good shape. Recent activities at both clubs shows the scale of the ambition that both have for future growth and we are delighted to be a part of that.” 

Salford Red Devils Chief Executive Dave Matthews welcomed the sponsorship deal with AJ Bell saying, “It is extremely positive that a quality company such as AJ Bell have committed financial support to the Red Devils and we look forward to working alongside them as we set out on an exciting period in our history.” 

The deal follows AJ Bell, who specialises in administration, trustee and actuarial services, securing naming rights for Sale Sharks Stadium which is now known as the AJ Bell Stadium.

Sale Sharks’ Head of Commercial Sales, Andrew Lamb, added, “We have enjoyed forming a close working relationship with AJ Bell over the first months of our partnership. It is fantastic for North West rugby to have such strong support from a highly reputable market-leading business.”
