Adidas and Fluminese Negotiate New Deal

Adidas and Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A club Fluminese have agreed a new five year partnership extension.

The deal is reported to be significantly better financially for the Rio de Janeiro club than the previous agreement and comes a year after rivals Flamengo agreed new terms with adidas.

The team drew 1-1 on the weekend at their home ground, find the iconic Maracana, which will play host to the World Cup final later in the summer.
