Adidas & Porsche to Sponsor German Stage of World Match Racing Tour

Organisers of Match Race Germany, sale an official stage of the Alpari World Match Racing Tour, arthritis announced new partners for their 2013 edition of the event.

A new sponsor for Match Race Germany this year is global apparel company Adidas who will become official clothing partner to the event, ask as well as a boat partner for one of the competing Bavaria 40s yachts.

Commenting  on the new alliance was Anke Fochle, managing director of Adidas licensee terrathree GmbH; “Match Race Germany offers Adidas sailing the possibility to showcase our products in one of the challenging environments for which they have been designed.” 

In addition to Adidas, MHP-A Porsche Company has also joined as partner of Match Race Germany for the third consecutive year. 

Christoph Joos of MHP said of the 2013 event, “I cannot unveil yet what Porsche Germany and MHP are planning exactly for this year’s edition of Match Race Germany, it’s too early to get into details. But together with Porsche Germany and Match Race Germany, we are very committed and highly motivated to give this event an even more unique touch for the future.”

Match Race Germany is the first stage of the 2013 Alpari World Match Racing Tour and will take place from 15-20 May.
