A-League’s Wellington Phoenix Extend Partnership with Brewery

Australian A-League team Wellington Phoenix has extended its partnership with DB Export 33 for a further two years.

The new sponsorship contract has been signed with the club for the both the 2011/12 and 12/13 Hyundai A-League seasons, which will see DB Export 33 again feature as the official beer sponsor of the Wellington Phoenix.

DB Export Brand Manager Honor Dillon said: “DB Export 33 has been an integral sponsor of the Wellington Phoenix for the past season and we feel that the Phoenix are a great fit for the DB Export 33 brand, which is why we are delighted to sign-on with the team for another two seasons. “

“DB Export 33 is New Zealand’s most popular low carbohydrate lager winning multiple awards for its quality. We hope that the success of Export 33 will rub off on the Phoenix and propel them to the top of the league ladder.”

We feel that the brands ambition and values match those of the Wellington Phoenix which is why both the brand and the Phoenix are really looking forward to an exciting season.”

DB Export 33 is celebrating its renewed sponsorship by offering football fans a ‘money can’t buy’ experience at Westpac Stadium. One lucky winner and 10 of their mates will get the chance play against a Phoenix team at Westpac Stadium before being hosted in the Export 33 corporate box to watch the Wellington Phoenix vs Perth Glory on the 10th December.
