The ICC would like to invite proposals from interested and qualified applicants to create, develop and implement an integrated Marketing and PR campaign to drive global awareness for the following events:

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 in Bangladesh

ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan

ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 in India

ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 in India & Sri Lanka

Applicants should possess extensive experience in Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations in South Asian markets, demonstrating a proven track record of crafting successful, innovative, and captivating consumer campaigns for renowned sporting events or other significant global occasions.

ROLE PURPOSE:


This is an important and very visible role within the organisation, supporting us to fulfil our Pledge to create greater connectivity across our community, making table tennis more visible to fans, inspiring our audience and showcasing the sport.


Your focus will be on creating exciting
and engaging video content aimed at
both our existing audience and a new
fan base, in England, Great Britain and

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:

Major Responsibility:

FAST Programming & Content Distribution – NFL

The NFL is looking for a Manager of FAST Programming & Content Distribution to support the NFL’s rapidly expanding video distribution business. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable NFL fan with meaningful experience in video encoding and delivery workflows as well as some experience in content strategy.

This role, which sits within NFL Media’s Content Strategy & Audience Development team, will oversee the content planning and operations of “NFL Channel”, a 24/7 live digital video stream, which is distributed across multiple Free Ad Supported TV (FAST) platforms as well as NFL Media-owned properties. The operation of “NFL Channel” requires an ability to collaborate with a diverse set of NFL departments, from technical operations to business development groups, as well as the ability to effectively document and communicate programming plans to FAST distribution partners. What will you be doing?

  • Work collaboratively with our in-house video creative team to plan and execute industry-leading social content – driving engagement and positive sentiment.
  • Remain up to date with new trends/behaviours on social media (primary focus on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram) and translate this into content campaigns throughout the season.
  • Create and own editorial content plans, working alongside a wide range of stakeholders, such as The FA’s brand, communications, commercial teams and external agencies.
  • Daily management of The FA’s social media channels, including analysis and optimisation of content to maximise reach, engagement, and community management.

The FA oversees England international teams across men’s, women’s, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, Barclays FA Women’s Super League, FA Women’s Championship, and Vitality Women’s FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George’s Park, all with a purpose to Unite the Game and Inspire the Nation.

We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.

Live Content Correspondent – NFL

The Live Content Correspondent is part of the Live Content Correspondent (LCC) program at the NFL that places creative and social media-minded Videographers and Photographers in every NFL market to capture content for NFL stakeholders as needed, 365 days a year.

Summary/Objective

This role requires a candidate who has a passion for football, advanced videography and/or photography skills, editing skills and extensive experience capturing sports/live content.

Each LCC will capture video and/or photo content using their own camera equipment. Content will be shared across the NFL Media ecosystem.

The main responsibilities of the LCC will be to capture high-quality videos and images at NFL and Club games (in-market), events and select activations.

We are hiring LCCs in select NFL markets .

During the season, you will work all home games and may work non-gameday events. Depending on performance and availability, you may have the opportunity to work at NFL and Club events in the off-season.

This is a part-time non exempt position that will report to the NFL Live Content Correspondent team. To work as an LCC you must have a flexible schedule that will allow you to shoot NFL events as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit best-in-class video and/or photo content from games and events you are assigned to cover. 
  • Share quality content quickly and efficiently during live events and games.

  • Communicate with NFL contacts in a timely fashion to receive instructions and other key information. 
  • Share a recap of your work with supervisors following the conclusion of each event, and quickly upload your content into our archive. 
  • Work together with other content creators during events and shoots. 

Qualifications

  • Experience capturing sports photo or video content for a professional sports team or college/university. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Portfolio of prior sports video/photography content required. 
  • Must own a high-quality DSLR camera (or similar) and various lenses. 
  • Experience creating meaningful and robust social content using Snapchat and Instagram Stories. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment. 
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines. 
  • Must have an extremely high level of professionalism when working any and all events.

Position Summary:

The Digital Content Development Manager will work closely with NBA content partners in the development and distribution of content that will drive the subscriber acquisition goals of NBA digital products (DTC). The role will create a cohesive consumer experience by facilitating the development and planning of a mix of internally generated content, original source creative, and community content.

Major Responsibility:

  • Develop content franchises for the NBA App and NBA.com, aligning with internal and Warner Media Discovery Sports personnel on content development process, distribution, and promotion.
  • Have a strategic voice when it comes to daily & tentpole content- understanding all content assets that are available to deliver an outstanding fan experience; consistently reviewing analytics to get to efficient distribution for the NBA App, NBA.com.
  • Collaborate with Content Creation personnel on what is needed around content creation needs for the mobile app, website and connected devices to ensure delivery of best-in-class content.
  • Maintain dashboard on performance metrics for specific content series & franchises and optimize programming plans against key insights.
  • Execute priorities for content development with a focus on seeing process through from pitch to publish.
  • On-site editorial feature or content capture, when needed, around league-related events aimed at enhancing NBA digital products
  • Work with Product & Digital Content Strategy on content reporting, testing & future product improvements
  • Understand all content available (league, teams, affiliate leagues) to vet viable content franchises that would perform best on the respective platforms & in markets

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Director International Content EMEA – PGA TOUR

Responsible for driving fan growth in key international markets for the PGA TOUR across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Through the creation of marketing plans in collaboration with colleagues in the International Content team, this position will develop and implement strategies to position the PGA TOUR as the world’s leading professional golf tour throughout the EMEA region. This position will also focus on the development and implementation of content and PR plans to drive PGA TOUR fan growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing, Journalism or Communications preferred.
  • Ten years of experience in driving fan growth and customer engagement in the EMEA region
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns with measurable results, inclusive of activations on social media platforms
  • Experience in multiple areas of sport marketing and communications including strategy development is a must
  • Experience editing and/or content management role with a digital publisher is preferred
  • Experience in working with content for global markets is preferred
  • Highly organized with strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in a foreign language (French, German, Spanish) preferred
  • Background in golf preferred; strong interest in golf required
