The Senior Corporate Communications Manager leads the development and implementation of proactive corporate communications that enhance FIFA’s reputation, influence public perception, and ensure consistency across messaging at a global level.

Operating with greater strategic autonomy, the role collaborates with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and leadership teams to translate corporate priorities into engaging, credible narratives. Main duties

  • Lead the conception and execution of integrated communications strategies for FIFA’s tournaments, initiatives, and corporate priorities
  • Advise and support senior management by crafting messaging frameworks, speeches, high-level communications materials and content (together with colleagues from the Editorial & Amplification department) for publication on FIFA-owned and operated channels to ensure coherence across platforms
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across all corporate narratives by coordinating with the relevant Communications departments
  • Strengthen stakeholder trust and visibility by ensuring FIFA’s activities and initiatives are clearly articulated and effectively promoted


THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

Strategic communications and planning

  • Design and deliver comprehensive communications plans supporting FIFA’s projects, initiatives, and events, with measurable impact objectives
  • Lead cross-departmental planning sessions to ensure unified communications objectives across channels and audiences
  • Integrate digital-first thinking and audience insights into every communication initiative
  • Oversee narrative consistency, ensuring the organisation’s objectives are communicated clearly and credibly

Messaging and executive support

  • Develop and maintain centralised messaging frameworks, factsheets, and talking points that define FIFA’s corporate narrative
  • Draft, refine, and validate speeches, statements, and media releases on behalf of senior management
  • Coordinate closely with the Editorial & Amplification department to ensure content is aligned with broader editorial direction and style guidance
  • Provide narrative alignment for event and campaign communications, ensuring priority topics receive strategic amplification

Media and stakeholder engagement

  • Partner with the Media Relations department to identify and amplify proactive stories that shape public understanding of FIFA’s initiatives
  • Represent Corporate Communications in strategic discussions regarding media engagement, reputation management, and sensitivity handling
  • Serve as an internal advisor on message consistency and risk-aware communications

Event delivery and communications leadership

  • Assume an active role in tournament and event communications, ensuring tone, messages, and priorities are consistent across all channels
  • Provide onsite or remote communications coordination during major events, overseeing rapid response and integrated storytelling
  • Anticipate reputational and political sensitivities, implementing effective communication frameworks that mitigate risk

Cross‑divisional collaboration

  • Build close working relationships with teams across the Communications Division to ensure narrative unity and operational efficiency
  • Partner with digital, editorial, and campaign teams to deliver integrated storytelling across FIFA’s ecosystem

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Communications team at Wembley Stadium on a fixed-term contract until October 2026. Communications Manager – Manchester City

A key role in the communications team, the Communications Manager will be responsible for communicating City Football Group’s commercial, partner-focused and some corporate activities. Required Experience & skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of digital or social media experience
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to optimize engagement.

  • Intimate understanding for the game of basketball and the team including game day events, statistics, etc.

Associate Manager, Creator Content – EA Sports

The Integrated Communications Team connects the voices of EA’s 300+ million players to our  development and strategy teams, facilitating healthy conversations with players, creators, and press to build thriving communities. The Associate Manager, Creator Strategy will work with some of the most influential creators in the world. Reporting to the Manager, Lifestyle Creators – EA SPORTS the associate manager will manage creator programs aimed at sparking players to passionately create and authentically converse about our sports games across all corners of the internet. The associate manager will oversee multiple creator programs including talent identification, program strategy, content production, relationship management and reporting. Passion is the fuel that drives our teams, and the successful candidate will take a love of creators and sport, specifically Madden NFL – matched with gaming industry expertise, content production skills and strong social channel expertise – to drive and deepen overall player awareness, engagement and sentiment for our EA SPORTS franchises.

The associate manager will take part in strategy, planning, research, outreach and relationship management while leading cross functionally to execute programs; overseeing day-to-day tasks; from forecasting and planning campaign reach to quantitative and qualitative analysis of overall campaigns’ key KPIs and contribution to overall brand health;  as well as supporting the Integrated Communications team remotely with any other activations/ programs/projects that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-functional group strategy and creative sessions, contributing digital/ interactive/new media ideas
  • Develop and implement creative and highly measurable creator programs/ campaigns with regular reporting on engagement, conversion and traffic growth
  • Implement creator strategy and best practices across various platforms and social communities (e.g. Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Use tools and technology to identify emerging lifestyle creators, manage applications to the Creator Network, manage the day-to-day interactions with emerging lifestyle creators (including tracking, reporting and recapping programs)
  • Organize and oversee Creator Network opportunities through content briefs, creator invites, contract requests and payments
  • Manage partnership with Madden Legal and Finance teams to coordinate Creator Network contracts and payments
  • Work with cross-functional teams to produce various types of video projects on time/ budget
  • Manage aspects of production including pre and post production, music, in-game capture, etc.
  • Manage digital projects, interfacing with other cross-functional teams for work-sharing and reporting in a 24-hour, 72-hour and 7-day cadence
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion in our creator marketing campaigns and programs
  • Consistently communicate trends, shifts, and opportunities with the wider team
  • Compile project reporting on regular basis 
  • Provide relevant administrative tasks

General Qualifications:

  • A self-starter with 3+ years in the gaming and/or digital sports space, with proven experience delivering successful creator content and campaigns
  • Experience with and breadth of knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as Instagram, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube,  and other emerging social platforms
  • Strategic understanding of digital and creator marketing and appropriate metrics of success

This position will be responsible for ideation, planning, and execution of long-form, organic storytelling for branded content. The Senior Producer of Partner Marketing will also be integral in the planning and production of important brand projects such as intro and brand videos.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess exceptional technical skills with video equipment and software and have an artistic eye that lends itself to authentic storytelling. Must be able to identify needs and goals of partners to ensure content is being produced in-line with contractual expectations and obligations.

  • Professional on Adobe Premiere and have intermediate knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Audition and Media Encoder.
  • Skilled in planning and leading large productions, campaigns and conceptualize story ideas.
  • Skilled editor with a feel for a wide range of very different projects. Corporate to groundbreaking and everything in between.
  • Videography experience preferred along with camera and accessory knowledge. Must know how to adjust settings and achieve certain looks on the fly.
  • Knowledge of the NBA, its culture and the Suns preferred
