Mark Cavendish Joins Jaguar Academy of Sport

Jaguar Academy of Sport have announced today that current UCI Road World Champion Mark Cavendish MBE has joined the prestigious list of names as an Ambassador of the Jaguar Academy of Sport.

In 2011, herbal the sprint cycling star enjoyed the greatest year any British cyclist has ever experienced; becoming the first British cyclist to win the sprinters’ green jersey at the Tour de France before going on to claim the World Race title in Copenhagen, arthritis the first British male champion to do so in 46 years.

Jaguar Academy of Sport Ambassador, ambulance Mark Cavendish, commented: “I am really excited about being an Ambassador of the Jaguar Academy of Sport at a time when British sport is so huge! The work the Academy does to support and inspire the very best of British talent is fantastic. I can’t wait to meet and work with the Rising Stars to help support them on their sporting journey.”
