Team Pro-Motion Sportbike Club has announced their sponsorship of AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport Young Gun racer, No. 77 Eric Stump, for the 2012 season.

Stump, in his 3rd year in AMA Pro competition, is racing on a Markbilt-prepped Yamaha R6 for Larry Pegram’s Foremost Insurance Pegram Racing team. Team Pro-Motion is providing direct funding for Eric’s race team, as well as contingency payouts for podium finishes. In turn, Eric Stump will be running Team Pro-Motion decals on livery for his bike, transport, leathers and crew apparel and will ride and coach at select Team Pro-Motion events.

FAS Lane Racing has announced that TMone will continue their Associate Sponsorship of the team’s No. 32 Ford entry in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series this week at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. 

The leading Inside Sales Company will be an Associate Sponsor on the No. 32 Federated Auto Parts Ford driven by NASCAR veteran Ken Schrader.

Sportvision Renews Partnership with Nascar

Sports data media company Sportvision has extended its partnership with the NASCAR Media Group as the exclusive tracking partner for NASCAR-sanctioned events through the 2018 racing season. 

As part of the extended agreement, viagra Sportvision has broadened its RACEf/x system technology to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series broadcasts on SPEED.

Sportvision’s RACEf/x tracking technology is now used in all three NASCAR national series after expanding to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2012. Like NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series cars, the trucks are equipped with Vector II tracking devices. These devices are the latest generation of Sportvision RACEf/x technology and the first to utilize both Global Positioning Satellites (GPS) and Global Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS) satellite navigation systems. 

The technology debuted in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at the 2001 Daytona 500 and was introduced to the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2007. The patented technology tracks the cars at speeds reaching 200 MPH to create a complete “digital record” of a NASCAR race in real-time. 

With the addition, SPEED will now highlight a full slate of broadcast graphics during NASCAR Camping World Truck Series broadcasts and the technology will continue to be an integral component utilized by other NASCAR broadcast partners through 2018.

Everton to Get New Kit Sponsors Nike

Everton FC have replaced their current kit suppliers Le Coq Sportif in a major deal with sports apparel giant Nike.

The Blues will enter the big league of kit manufacturers by wearing shirts designed by the US based manufacturer which boasts a portfolio of Barcelona, Manchester United and Brazil.

Nike will make the home, away and third strip for the Toffees – the first time they have dipped their toe in the Merseyside football market.

The deal comes as a result of Everton’s established £30m contract with sports retailers Kitbag to market the club’s merchandise worldwide.

It is understood the contract with the global sportswear giant is along similar financial lines to the existing one which is about to end and there will be little difference in terms of up-front income.

But Everton will hope the deal will expand the brand to a global fan base.

Ireland’s Bohemian FC Gets DHL as New Main Sponsor

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express delivery company, have announced it has become the main sponsor of League of Ireland’s Bohemian Football Club for the 2012 season.

The new agreement, which takes effect from Bohemians’ first home league match of the season against Shelbourne this Friday, will see the DHL logo included on the training kit and jerseys worn by the club’s players during all domestic and European competitions.

UCI BMX World Championships Partners with Chain Reaction Cycles

The organisers of the UCI BMX World Championships have announced a new partnership with Chain Reaction Cycles, ed the world’s largest online bike store, to be the official retail partner of 2012 Championships which take place in Birmingham from 24th to 27th May.

The BMX World Championships will see the world’s best BMX riders go head to head as 2000 riders from 40 countries compete for world titles and vital Olympic qualification points in what promises to be a spectacular four days of competition.

As retail partner for the championship Chain Reaction Cycles will be on-site at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham offering a range of BMX products and apparel.
