English Premier League club Southampton FC have announced a deal with adidas who will become the club’s Official Technical Supplier for the 2015/16 campaign.

The sportswear brand will produce the club’s team kit, cure replica kit, trainingwear, leisurewear and equipment as the two parties club resume the partnership they initially began at the start of the 2013/14 season.

The Saints decided to terminate their contract with adidas in December 2013 following a breakdown in discussions.

“adidas has a global reputation for quality and innovation, making them the perfect partner for the club. We are looking forward to activating our working relationship for the third and final year of our contract.”

adidas UK Brand Director Barry Moore commented: “adidas is pleased to announce the continuation of our deal with Southampton Football Club for the 2015/16 season.

“The deal will include the supply of matchwear, trainingwear and a full fanwear range for next season.

“We are excited about working closely with the club across the season by bringing together the latest adidas kit innovations with one of the best teams in the league.”
