Real Sociedad Secure Adidas Kit Deal

Spanish La Liga side Real Sociedad have struck a kit deal with German sportswear giant adidas, who will replace rivals Nike.

Adidas will therefore be the manufacturer of all the club’s playing and training wear, from the first team through to the younger age groups

Sociedad president Jokin Aperribay said: “This relationship means something very special because Adidas was the first big, international sportswear brand to supply Real Sociedad’s kits.

“We began with Adidas during the 1979-80 season, and celebrated winning the league titles wearing their brand.”

Real Sociedad and adidas will also work together on the handling of sales and distribution through the club’s physical and online shop.
