Phoenix Suns Owner in Rangers Takeover Bid

American businessman and owner of National Basketball Association (NBA) franchise Robert Sarver has made an £18 million takeover bid for Scottish football club Rangers.

Sarver is believed to have formally submitted the offer just after Christmas.
