Mark Chapman Quits Brentford FC’s Board of Directors

Mark Chapman has stepped down from Brentford Football Club’s Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Mark was appointed in June 2010 as one of three Directors representing Bees United, the Supporters’ Trust.

He will also resign from the Bees United board and is leaving to take up a position within the Club’s newly expanded Communications Department.

Mark said: “For the last two years, it has been a tremendous honour and privilege to represent Bees United on the Club’s Board of Directors.

“I am immensely proud of what the Trust has achieved in securing the mid-term future of the football club.

“I believe that with Matthew Benham’s imminent ownership, the club will be in excellent hands.”

The Club’s Board now comprises Greg Dyke (Chairman), David Heath, John Herting, Donald Kerr, David Merritt, Eddie Rogers and Phil Whall.
