Khan Tops Pacquiao Twitter Poll

British boxer Amir Khan has topped a Twitter poll run by Manny Pacquiao to decide his next opponent.

The Filipino six-weight world champion offered his Twitter audience four choices to choose his next opponent: Brits Khan and Kell Brook, Australian Jeff Horn and American Terence Crawford.

Khan received almost half of the 44,815 votes cast, with Brook receiving almost a quarter. Australian Horn finished bottom of the poll with just 7% of the vote.

The prospective fight, which Pacquiao says will take place in the United Arab Emirates, would see the Filipino’s world title on the line. Khan has previously stated in 2015 that he was being lined up as an opponent for Pacquiao, but claimed that veteran did not wish to take him on.
