Justin Rose to Endorse Lamkin Golf Grips from 2014

December 5, 2013

Lamkin Corporation, a manufacturer of premium golf grips, has announced  that Justin Rose will join the company as a brand ambassador on January 1, 2014.

The company has enjoyed a long relationship with Justin beginning more than 15 years ago when he and his father visited Lamkin’s U.K. offices for custom grip fitting.

Ending a 43-year English drought at the U.S. Open Championship, Justin’s historic win at Merion was the highlight of a sublime 2013 season that included seven Top 10 finishes. He has won five PGA Tour events, secured over 50 Top 10 finishes and is currently ranked 5th in the Official World Golf Ranking. In addition to generously supporting numerous charitable causes, Justin and his wife established The Kate and Justin Rose Foundation in 2011 to improve the lives of children in their community by focusing on nutrition, education and experiential opportunities.

“In every possible way, Justin Rose personifies the core values of the Lamkin brand,” said Lamkin CEO, Bob Lamkin. “He is an incredibly gifted golfer who carries himself, on and off the course, with tremendous poise, humility and integrity. Justin has earned the respect and adoration of millions of worldwide fans and I am truly honored to have him represent our brand.”

Justin will continue to use Lamkin grips and provide valuable player testing and product development feedback. Currently, Justin is using Lamkin’s patented 3GEN golf grips. The proprietary 3GEN material provides unmatched shock absorption without dulling critical shot feedback. Throughout the upcoming season, Justin will also be highlighted in various Lamkin advertising, promotional and social media campaigns.

Lamkin is also represented by golf legend Arnold Palmer.
