In December 2012 Dubai will stage a two-day conference designed to offer advice and help to nations that find it hard to attract big sporting occasions to their country. The 'Emerging Host Cities' event will see top names from the world of football, tennis, golf and other sports come to Dubai and engage in lectures, panel discussions and workshops designed to give many country's a good chance at bidding and hosting world class sports events.
