The second edition of SPORTELRio closes its doors today and proved to be a sensational success!

General Manager, Ms. Amparo Di Fede stated: “Before the market, we had high hopes for SPORTELRio 2013 and we are delighted that the market has exceeded our expectations“. She continued, “2012 saw Brazil provide the venue for a number of major sporting events and the world looks forward to 2013, 2014 and beyond.

Specifically, the subject of latest trends and best practice of “TV Anywhere” has been a highly discussed topic of the event, with our conferences on Monday and Tuesday receiving some of our best SPORTEL Spring Market attendance, in our history”.

The second edition of SPORTELRio once again played host to the leading brands of the global media industry, with strong support from our loyal SPORTEL community. The market saw a total of 541 registered participants, representing 290 companies, from 42 countries, all with the objective to develop new commercial relationships with the industry’s decision makers.
