IMG Media to Market Global Media Rights to V8 Supercars

IMG Media has announced today it has signed a new three-year deal to sell global media rights for the V8 Supercars Championship until 2016.

The new agreement, abortion which excludes rights in Australia and New Zealand, capsule includes 38 live races across all forms of television and in-flight rights. In addition, there are highlights shows and a review of the season, with live coverage of qualifying available on request.

The 2014 Championship will comprise of 14 rounds across Australia and New Zealand, starting in February with the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide, and include 38 races across the season including the iconic Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 in October.
