FC Barcelona Extends Castle Beer & Freixenet Deals

FC Barcelona has agreed extended commercial deals with Castle Beer in South Africa and Catalonian-based Freixenet.

The deal with Freixenet, prostate the club’s official cava, will run until 2016.

The deals were ratified at a meeting between the club’s Board of Directors yesterday.

The Spanish giants signed an initial three-year deal with Castle Beer in July 2013.

The alcohol company became the club’s official beer for any activity the club were involved in across key African regions and the new deal sees Nigeria and Kenya added to those markets.
