Chances of Manor Racing Reprieve Boosted

January 13, 2017

Manor Racing have been boosted by news that their administrator FRP Advisory  have been able to pay staff their January wages.

The team’s operating company, Just Racing, went into administration on January 6, but the decision to keep staff employed throughout January means Manor has an extra week to find potential buyers.

Around 100 people are still employed by Manor at their base in Oxfordshire, attempting to construct a car for the 2017 campaign. Manor finished bottom of the 2016 Constructors’ Championship.

Manor, it has been revealed, have twice come close to securing new owners; with administrators still discussing with interested parties.
