Brazilian Football Confederation and Chevrolet Enhance Sponsorship Deal

March 3, 2016

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has signed an extended two-year partnership deal with Chevrolet.

The expanded deal will see the car manufacturer sponsor the national team’s training shirts, bronchi having previously sponsored the playing shorts of the team.

Chevrolet will replace Brazilian food producer Sadia who decided not to renew its contract with the CBF.

The company’s logo will feature on the team’s training shirts for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Uruguay and Paraguay, on 25 and 29 March.

“From our first contact, Chevrolet always had a desire to become shirt sponsors of the Brazilian national team,” said Gilberto Ratto, Head of Marketing at CBF.

Chevrolet also currently sponsors the CBF’s Brazil Global Tour (BGT), the national team’s international friendlies outside of Brazil.
